Store Hours
Pixie Treasures Celtic Shoppe hours are the same as MacArthur Center hours. Those hours are posted at http://www.shopmacarthur.com/hours and are updated daily.
With some special exceptions, the hours are:
- Monday through Saturday: 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM
- Sunday: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Placing an Order
Orders may be placed in either of two ways. For items on the website, orders should be placed using the online shopping cart and secure checkout. If an item is not available here, please call the store at the number on the “Contact Us” page to place an order.
If you have difficulties with the online order, or if you wish to change or cancel an online order, please let us know by filling out and submitting the form on the “Contact Us” page. This should be followed up by a phone call during store hours.
Orders will normally be processed on the next business day (excluding Sundays and holidays). Orders will normally be shipped the following business day for all items in stock. If an item is out-of-stock, you will be notified of the estimated fill/shipping date by email and/or telephone.
For online orders, customers will be notified by email when a sales transaction has been completed and the order shipped. For orders placed in the store, customers will be notified by email and/or telephone when the order has arrived.
Virginia residents will be charged state sales tax for all online and telephone orders. Virginia residency is determined by either the billing or the shipping address being in Virginia.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and will be added to the invoice at that time. The cost is dependent on the shipping option selected. Please see the current shipping options during the checkout process.
We ship all items to physical addresses within the continental United States. Shipping to other areas may have limitations or special requirements. We will ship to military addresses (APO, FPO) via USPS. Swords, Dirks, Sgian Dubhs (except safety sgian dubhs), and other weapons related items cannot be shipped to military addresses.
Returns and Exchanges
Merchandise purchased in the store may be returned to the store within 30 days for refund, exchange, or in-store credit (gift card). Refunds for credit/debit card purchases can only be processed using the same card. Refunds for check purchases will be done by store check after the customer’s check has cleared the bank.
Merchandise damaged in shipment must be reported to the shipping company immediately, and should be processed in accordance with the shipping company’s guidelines.
Merchandise purchased online may be returned within 30 days for refund or exchange, at the customer’s expense. In the rare event that defective merchandise is received, please call or email the store for authorization to return at store expense.
All returns must be accompanied by the receipt.
All returned merchandise must be in an as-sold condition.
All food items are final sales and may not be returned.
